Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your Business Card Platform account and associated published profile data.

How to Request Deletion

Email support@businesscards.marketwiz.ca from the email address associated with your account and use the subject line Delete My Account.

What Will Be Deleted

Your account profile, public business card data, uploaded media, and related published content will be removed from the service, subject to backup retention and legal obligations.

Retention

Limited operational records may remain in backups or logs for a short period where required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
